Square Downdraft Grill/Roaster
This is the only square downdraft Korean BBQ grill/roaster available in the US. SamSung engineering team has developed this unique BBQ system to provide BBQ fans with the most reliable square grill. This system allows fans to enjoy Korean BBQ in a pleasant environment, free of smoke without the overhead hood.
This downdraft grill sucks smoke through a unique ventilation system under the grill to prevent smoke from being released into the restaurant. By getting rid of the ventilation hood under the ceiling, your restaurant’s interior will feel more open and will stand out among others.

The JSDR-400 comes with a cooking plate, a hot plate (diffuser) for grilling, and a tripod for hot-pot (soup based) menus. Charcoal trays are available for charcoal grilling.
